Hi there, I’m Kali, your friendly, online therapist!

You will often find me drinking tea or coffee out of my favorite “You’re Doing Great!” mug as I help millennials, like yourself, navigate life's challenges. My down-to-earth approach coupled with a warm and encouraging energy is my way of helping therapy feel authentic and accessible.

It’s normal to wonder about the counseling process. Here’s what you need to know:

Step 1: SCHEDULE YOUR FREE CONSULTATION!

Fill out the contact form and you’ll get a link and personalized email from me to schedule a free consultation. I’ll ask you a few questions about what you’re looking for and give you plenty of time to ask me questions in return! If I’m the right fit, we’ll schedule your first counseling appointment from there!

Step 2: WORK ON WHAT YOU WANT

Through regular sessions (typically weekly or biweekly), we will talk about your needs at the time. This might mean an ongoing focus on developing skills. Or it could be a “vent” session. Our work together is collaborative: I share with you my experience, insights, and feedback while you share your story and understanding of what works and doesn’t work for you

Step 3: FIND FULFILLMENT AND CONNECTION!

Our work together will continue until you feel confident your plans to move forward in life. This often includes feeling like you have a solid support network and a deep understanding of how and why you do what you do. My ultimate goal is to empower you to feel confident in your own abilities to “take it from here,” knowing you can return to therapy for a refresher if it’s absolutely needed.
